The DCPA is an informal social referral network based in San Diego County providing social opportunities for both deaf and hearing professionals serving the deaf community. As a social/recreational network, we ocassionally work in partnerships with other established organizations. We embrace diversity and do not have political or financial agendas. All professionals with at least intermediate knowledge of sign language, including aspiring professionals currently in higher education, are welcome to all our events. All of our events are hosted by various volunteers in the deaf community with a strong interest in the activity, be it camping, museum tours, or fine dining. These hosts are what makes our community happen. We look forward to meeting you soon!
